Returns
At Formula Iozzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received your order.
How to request a return
To start a return, please send us an email at info@olsociety.co or reach out to us via Instagram DM, including:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
Return Shipping Methods & Costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You can choose between two options:
- Managed by us: We can generate the return shipping label for you. In this case, the shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund.
- Independent shipping: You can ship the package back using a courier of your choice. It is mandatory to use a tracked shipping service and provide us with the tracking number.
Conditions for returns
- tems must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- The right of withdrawal applies to all products, including those purchased during sales or with promotional discounts, with the exception of custom-made or personalized items.
Shipment liability
Please ensure your return package is adequately packed. Since the responsibility for the goods remains with the customer until they reach our warehouse, Formula Iozzi cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via untracked shipments.
