Art. 1 – General Provisions

This website, www.olsociety.it, is owned by Formula Iozzi S.R.L.S., with registered office in Milan, Via Pace n.24, VAT no. 11635780965, and is dedicated to the retail sale of clothing and accessories for refined gentlemen explorers.

By browsing this area, the User can view products, select them for purchase, use the shipping and home delivery service, and pay the due amount according to the methods indicated below.

By accessing the Shop Now sections, browsing and transmitting a purchase order on the website imply the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Data Protection Policies indicated therein. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the website in compliance with the provisions of Part III, Title I, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decree no. 70/03 on e-commerce). Before proceeding with an order, the User is required to consult these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Formula Iozzi S.R.L.S. reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions without notice; the User is therefore invited to verify them before each individual purchase.

Art. 2 – Subject Matter

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, transmission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.olsociety.it and do not govern the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller that may be present on the same website via links, banners, or other hyper-textual links.

Art. 3 – Age and User Requirements

The services offered on the website are intended for users who have reached the age of eighteen. The user intending to place purchase orders guarantees that they are of legal age and that the data provided is truthful, correct, and up-to-date. Purchases made on the website may be intended for both consumers (individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity) and professional clients. If an invoice with a VAT number is requested, specific regulations for non-consumer clients apply where provided by law.

Art. 4 – Website Registration Procedures

To use the website services, the User can register by providing the information requested in the dedicated section or proceed as a guest (guest checkout). The registered User undertakes to provide a valid email address that they lawfully control, and may update or delete their profile at any time.

Art. 5 – Products

All products on the website and their relative prices constitute an offer to the public under the terms contained in the website itself. The illustrative photographs of the products are for representative and descriptive purposes only.

Art. 6 – Conclusion of the Contract

To complete a purchase, it is necessary to fill out the electronic order form and transmit it by following the on-screen instructions. The contract is considered concluded when the seller receives the order form and sends an order confirmation email to the address indicated by the User. The User is obliged to pay from the moment they click on the final confirmation button at the end of the guided procedure.

Art. 7 – Product Availability

Product availability refers to the exact moment the User places the order and is purely indicative due to the possible simultaneous presence of multiple users on the website. Even after receiving the confirmation email, cases of partial or total unavailability may occur. In such cases, the order will be promptly corrected or canceled, and Formula Iozzi S.R.L.S. will fully refund any sums already paid within 10 days.

Art. 8 – Payment Methods and Prices

Product prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of VAT and excluding shipping costs, which are clearly indicated before order completion. Any obvious pricing errors on the website will give Formula Iozzi S.R.L.S. the right to cancel the order at any time, refunding the amount paid. Accepted payment methods are those indicated at checkout (credit cards from major networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, etc.).

Art. 9 – Delivery

Shipments are made to the address indicated by the User. Estimated delivery times are indicated during the order process and, barring force majeure, will occur within the maximum terms established by law. Standard shipping costs are borne by the buyer, barring specific promotions. In case of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier's procedures for holding or rescheduling delivery will be followed.

Art. 10 – Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products sold on the website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, reserved for consumers. In case of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or contract termination, in accordance with legal provisions. The lack of conformity must be reported within the legal terms from its discovery by contacting support at the email address info@olsociety.co.

Art. 11 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedures

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

  • Exclusions from Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made-to-measure or clearly personalized, as well as for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or health protection (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or accessories in direct contact with the person) if they have been opened, stripped of their original protective seal, washed, or worn.

How to request a return:

  1. To start the procedure, the customer must send an email to info@olsociety.co or contact the company via official channels (e.g., Instagram), indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

  2. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The customer can choose between two options:

    • Return managed by Formula Iozzi: The company can generate and provide a shipping label; in this case, the courier fee will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

    • Independent return: The customer can ship the products using a courier of their choice, mandatorily using a tracked shipping method and providing the relevant tracking code to the company.

  3. Items must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, provided with all original labels, and in their undamaged packaging.

  4. Refund: The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving and verifying the integrity of the return, using the same payment method used during the purchase (or deducting the cost of the return label, if managed directly by the company).

Art. 12 – Limitation of Liability

Formula Iozzi S.R.L.S. is not responsible for disservice attributable to force majeure or fortuitous events, nor for internet network malfunctions outside its control. Any issues regarding orders or the receipt of goods must be reported promptly to customer support.

Art. 13 – Processing of Personal Data

The buyer's personal data is processed in full compliance with current legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR), according to the privacy policy published on www.olsociety.it.

Art. 14 – Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Alternative Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, if the User qualifies as a consumer, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is that of the judge of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
